Luzon was hit by Earthquake...again

An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale occurred in Luzon, Philippines, at 4 a.m. Tuesday Hong Kong time (2000 GMT), according to a bulletin released by the Hong Kong Observatory on Tuesday.
The epicenter was initially determined to be 18.5 degrees north latitude and 120.9 degrees east longitude, about 46 kilometers northeast of Laoag, Philippines, it said.
