After months of refusing to go on record about their relationship, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth made their first public appearance together on Thursday night at the Los Angeles premiere of their movie "The Last Song."

Miley has been opening up about how she got together with her Australian costar, telling Ellen DeGeneres on her show that Hemsworth won her over with his manners when he opened the door for her at his audition.

The two say they've been together for 10 months now, which is nearly a lifetime as far as Hollywood romances go.
