Brethren - Pamulong-pulong

Brethren

“Friendship for me is defined as one living soul formed in two bodies”

We all have the privilege to make and choose our own friends. We created them. They too, created us. As we continue to walk in life’s pathway we encounter different sorts of people and friends are always hard to find. We could find them on our classrooms, hallways, boarding houses, on sidewalks, canteens and even on jeepneys and buses. At our first encounter we might had arguments, dislikes and negative views towards them, yet as time flies, we slowly engage on a deeper thought of mutual understanding which created binds that later makes friendships a strong wall that could not easily break down.

Time, then, tries to break these ties. But he was unsuccessful. We learned to fin the keys of having a good relationship with our friends. Communication plays a vital role in building a strong foundation for friendship. Trust…also.

Now as we end another chapter of our lives, and that is ending our college days, we could loss the presence of most of our friends yet we are facing another set of these good people in the near future.  But never dare to forget, they too are still our friends.

So, to all my friends especially here in VACTECH, “your presence in my world had touched a part of me that wanted to believe that all human beings had much to share with each other, that bridges could be built and crossed. You and I had cross one such bridged together, meeting halfway and for both of us, it was very good.

Again thank you and good day!
