A pair of British twin boys has been born with different skin color, a rare genetic occurrence according to experts.
In an interview with Britain's Sky News program, mother Kerry Richardson said that the boys were both born white but as they've gotten older one of the boys got darker and the other lighter.
Today, she says, the twins attract attention wherever they go.
Richardson is of mixed race, with Nigerian and English heritage, while the father is white.
A genetics expert at Oxford University says such births are rare, as the genes that cause skin color normally mix together. In this case, he says, it appears the genes for skin color didn't combine for some reason and the boys may have inherited different genetic codes from their mother.

Cleveland Cavaliers have reached an agreement in principle to acquire Phoenix Suns center Shaquille O’Neal, multiple sources involved in the talks told Yahoo! Sports late Thursday night.
Cleveland will send Ben Wallace,Sasha Pavlovic, the 46th pick in Thursday’s draft and cash to the Suns for O’Neal.
Cleveland and Phoenix were both juggling multiple trade possibilities with other teams, with the Cavs involved with as many as six trade scenarios.
Yet the disappointing Eastern Conference finals loss to the Orlando Magic left Cavs GM Danny Ferry with incredible pressure to accumulate talent around James in the final season prior to his 2010 free agency. James has blessed the O’Neal trade, especially because it should give his overmatched frontline a chance to compete with Dwight Howard in the playoffs. Ferry and Phoenix GM Steve Kerr are close friends and had talked off and on about a Shaq deal since the February trade deadline.
O’Neal, 37, makes $21 million next season, and the Suns were determined to move him in a package that would save them money. Wallace made $14 million and could take a buyout to retire, and only $1.5 million of Pavlovic’s $4.9 million salary is guaranteed.

The Magic walked out of Staples Center thrashed and humbled, and now they must ask themselves this: By bringing back one point guard, did they lose another?

3.Kobe bullies Magic
The Boston Celtics started Kobe Bryant(notes) on the run in the NBA Finals a year ago, discombobulating him with a hellacious defense and a scoring star, Paul Pierce(notes), who played the part of the series closer. Pierce climbed out of a wheelchair, grabbed Game 1 and Bryant never dominated. Truth be told, the dirty little secret of the Celtics’ 17th championship coronation is still often overlooked: Bryant had a flawed, forgettable series.
Everywhere Bryant probed, there was a Celtic waiting to stop him. Bodies closed fast in the paint, space dissipated and Boston bottled Bryant into a solitary confinement.
So much chased Bryant into the 100-75 Game 1 victory on Thursday night. Shaquille O’Neal(notes) and LeBron James(notes), Michael Jordan and the Celtics. When everyone else plays for an NBA championship, Bryant’s burden hurtles him toward history.
Bryant had come to the Staples Center to take something back, restore his rightful place on basketball Olympus, and his performance turned out to be pure hellfire.
“I just want it so bad,” Bryant said softly Thursday night. “I just want it really bad.”
Here’s how Bryant started the final leg of his first championship without Shaquille O’Neal: He delivered the kind of spirit-breaking Game 1 obliteration of an opponent that Shaq mostly did in those three straight Los Angeles Lakers titles early in the decade.
In two of those series, Shaq dropped over 40 points. Bryant didn’t do it with Shaq’s brute force, but in his far more surgical way. Forty points, eight rebounds and eight assists burst out of Bryant, a barrage balanced between pick-and-roll jumpers and twisting, contorted drives.
4.Magic need more effective Howard
Hubie Brown first tried positioning two recorders and a knife on the table in front of him. When that didn’t work, he grabbed a reporter’s notebook and sketched his idea on paper.
Orlando coach Stan Van Gundy has his own equipment and undoubtedly spent his Saturday doing what Brown was doing: Trying to draw up ways to make Dwight Howard(notes) more effective.
After a lackluster start to the NBA finals, the Magic need Howard to play better—and maybe smarter and harder—when they face the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 2 on Sunday night.
“I don’t think I was patient enough in the post. I don’t think that they caused a lot of problems for me. I think it was just rushing and wanting to do so much without being patient,” Howard said. “I think out of all the games I’ve had in the last two playoff series, I was probably the most impatient the last game.”
Howard was limited to six shots—six Orlando players took more—made only one, and scored 12 points in the Magic’s 100-75 loss on Thursday.
After dominating the Cavaliers and averaging 25.8 points in the conference finals, Howard found things much more difficult against the Lakers, whose post players are stronger and much more mobile than Cleveland’s.
5.Lakers’ Bryant pushing toward title
Behind Kobe Bryant’s(notes) stone-faced mask and the icy grimace he’s wearing in these finals, his eyes are laser locked on one target: His fourth NBA title.
His vision is so narrow, so sharp that he can’t think about anything but a shiny championship trophy now close enough to touch.
To him, these two weeks are all that matters.
After that, it’s anyone’s guess.
As he and the Los Angeles Lakers practiced in advance of playing the Orlando Magic in Sunday’s Game 2, Bryant, as few as three games from wrapping up his 13th season as a pro, said he has not given any thought about giving up what has been the driving force in his life.
“I don’t know,” he said when asked how much longer he’ll play. “I just love the game so much still. “I just feel like there’s still so much out there for me to improve on and work on. My body feels great. God willing, I stay healthy, I’ll just keep going.”

These days, it’s all about the basketball for Phil Jackson. Well, he’s still dating the owner’s daughter, which has led to some memorable appearances on Jeanie Vision, but that’s also about the basketball, sort of.
Jackson gets his third crack at Title X, starting this week, and if he seems a little more urgent, his focus a little more narrowed, that’s because of the basketball, too. Seven years after his last championship, seven years after nearly everyone west of Causeway Street anointed him Greatest Coach Ever, or, at least, (Arguably) Greatest Coach Ever, Jackson has found himself with something to prove.
The Lakers’ loss to the Detroit Pistons in the 2004 NBA Finals led to Jackson’s departure for a year, and their subsequent failings led to his return. But last season’s Finals loss to the Boston Celtics also led to some personal angst, even if Jackson was loathe to show it.
“We feel like we failed our team as a coaching staff in both situations,” Jackson said last week.

Was losing to Boston last year a motivating factor this time around?
"I think that at any level that once you get a taste of what it's like to be here, it's a motivating factor. Just to be standing, just to be left with that feeling of ‘we're the only ones here, and everybody else is home on vacation.'
"When you get to this level and don't win, you go home and you think about it a long time. It's something that is certainly a motivating thing for us. It's certainly pushed us."

Actually, the Lakers prefer that the next game they play at Staples Center be the opener of the Western Conference finals rather than a seventh game against the Rockets. They now lead the Rockets 3-2 in the teams’ conference semifinal series, with Game 6 scheduled for Thursday in Houston. Coming off a 40-point victory, their largest in the playoffs in more than 23 years, they should be heavy favorites.
Then again, the way this postseason has gone for the Lakers, most specifically this series, anything is possible.

As I have said a day ago, I am going to give my comment about the senate hearing of Hayden Kho, a doctor who have many scandal videos that was spreading around the net. I believe both parties have made mistake so I dont need to further elaborate some things regarding the scandal. I am going to give my opinion on the spotlight that this senate committee are doing.
About the article that I posted here(Kaplastikan) which I first read at Philippine Daily Inquirer, written by Patty Evangelista, whom since her Breakfast days, I am a his big fan especially on the way she do her criticism. At first I agree to this senate hearing which was conducted by the committee of Ethics(i guess am right)? which is headed by Sen. Jamby Madrigal(whom I am one of her critics, i bet shes not a good senator) and two other senator namely Bong Revilla and Jinggoy Estrada(again, for me, a not-your-intelligent-type-senators). Last few days, as they conduct the committee hearing, I am very disappoint on the way these two male senators handle this hearing. They were asking stupid questions like,"how do you feel right now?" arguing and making a point regarding the actuation of the doctor especially in making this scandal video's which the doctor himself admit of doing it but not spreading this video's. I was really itching to punch on of them especially when asking about the morality of the doctor. Especially Revilla, who is trying to make himself clean. Guess what, it so shameful to know that his movie, he acted like the doctor himself. It was on the discussion of Ms. Evangelista regarding this issue in which I totally agree.
Adding to her discussion, as a father, mr senator must look to his son, which is having some marriage problem and having a child with a daughter of a former porn star "osang." How dare you talk about morality. Aside from that, we all know that your legendary senator father is a famous whore, admitting having children around 100. Where is the morality? You yourself have problems also with your wife because of your macho personality. I have a simple thoughts about it. Yes, we all know that mr doctor has his own fault but why waste too much time and money having committee hearing in the senate where many people are suffering from food crisis. How thousand of pesos are being wasted every time you call for this senate hearings, isnt making laws are primary works of senators?

I need to be honest with you, its almost 2 am now and I am doing nothing. So aside from chatting in MIRC I need to entertain my self and I was thinking of watching a football match although we know how boring it is. But I dont have any choice but watch, so I login in just.tv and here it is. Its between France and Nigeria(I am rooting for France)
ACTOR Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. – Star of “Alyas Pogi” (1990) “Alyas Pogi 2” (1992) and “Alyas Pogi: The Return” (1999) – has a penchant for roles that demand bandanas, screaming half-naked females and paint-by-number tattoos. The boyish superman with the plastic M14 can take on a gang of mustached and bearded hoods – hoods, we assume, by virtue of the mustaches – all while heroically sucking in the gut under the tucked-in T-shirt. This is the man whose defining moment in his role as Leon in the 2000 film “Ang Kilabot at ang Kembot” has three women accusing him (accurately) of pretending loyalty to each of them, while all the while attempting to get a virgin into bed. And so the women stride in, big brothers in tow, all of whom launch themselves at the man with a hand on another woman’s behind. And then the action starts, elbow to gut, fist to face, a knee to the groin, the whining Casanova suddenly Zorro. The men fall bleeding at his feet, and so do the women, all four trying to squirm their half-naked selves into his arms while Leon rolls his eyes. Another day in the life of a real man.
This is Bong Revilla, whose contribution to culture is in large part the image of the Filipino macho man in a country where film and television offer the public the most accessible set of social standards. In the celluloid world of Bong Revilla, women are either sluts or virgins, wives are forgiving, and a real man is someone with a gun in one hand and a breast in the other. This is Bong Revilla, whose various love affairs while married to his wife and former screen partner Lani Mercado has provided fodder for entertainment news, and whose final acknowledgement of a love child has even his father – who himself fathered illegitimate offspring at the age of 75 – lecturing him on the value of a good marriage. This is Bong Revilla, senator of the Republic, wire-rimmed glasses in place, pounding the lectern in a privilege speech demanding morality from a “maniac” and a “pervert” who he cannot believe is a real man.
There is little doubt as to the guilt of one Doctor Hayden Kho, erstwhile lover of plastic surgery queen Dr. Vicki Belo – he of the red bandanna, gyrating hips, and unfathomable love for George Michael. He has admitted to filming a number of women without their consent during sex, and whether he was responsible for the distribution of those videos, the act of filming alone was enough to toss him behind bars.
What is perhaps stunning about the entire Hayden Kho-Katrina Halili scenario is the level of attention it is getting from the national government. The Senate claims an investigation in aid of legislation is vital to ensure that instances like this will not happen again. Senator Revilla, in a GMA7 interview, claims there is no existing law that will hold Kho responsible, with the exception of perhaps a case of child abuse (Revilla says he has unsubstantiated evidence that Kho did film a minor) or civil damages. It is this “toothless” legislation that Revilla wants to change with his playing knight in shining armor, forgetting perhaps that Kho can be held liable under the Violence Against Women and Children Act.
It is difficult to understand why the senators seem to feel the need to waste national funds on pitting Kho and Halili against each other. Kho does not deny his responsibility, Halili has done little but weep and rail, and while the cameras are trained on the tears rolling down her cheek, the Comelec chief approves of a much-questioned automation, a landslide slips completely off the front page, and the GDP dips lower than conservative estimates. When the story first exploded, Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita urged all the women in Dr. Kho’s sex videos to press charges, saying that “anything that is offensive to public morals must be sanctioned,” on the same day brushing off a United Nations report on torture violations in the Philippines. Perhaps rape and strangulation are not offensive compared to a sex video. Allegations of Filipina rapes in Subic did not instigate privilege speeches by Bong Revilla. Charges of torture did not make Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez demand the blacklisting of now Partylist Representative Jovito Palparan.
And this is where morality again walks into the limelight and demurely crosses its legs. All of a sudden every man is a puritan, even the gentlemen of the Senate who “just happened” to view the sex videos. There is suddenly talk again about the evils of sex among the new generation, and a law, authored by Alyas Pogi himself, seeking to “safeguard the interest of the State against the menace” of “pornographic materials” that “disrupt the peace and order of the country.” Pornography, he calls it, anything that represents by whatever means a person (whether minor or an adult) “engaged in real or simulated explicit sexual activities or any other representation of the sexual parts of a person for primarily sexual purpose that is intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feeling.”
It is a law that has nothing to do with the Hayden Kho case, whose main issue is essentially a conceded lack of consent. Neither does this explain why Revilla and other senators insisted on keeping the investigation public, when aiding legislation could work whether or not senators have a venue to grandstand. And yet this national outrage can very well justify the passing of a law whose definition can give Manoling Morato a reason to kick out another “Schindler’s List.” And so it would mean a farewell to films from “Orapronobis” to “Scorpio Nights” to “Burlesque Queen” to Ai-Ai de las Alas’ “Tanging Ina Mo.” It would mean the possibility of canning “Star Trek” and “Kill Bill” and National Geographic features. It can knock out half the bookshelves of Fully Booked. Brillante Mendoza, recent Cannes best director, will find himself behind bars for producing last year’s critically acclaimed “Serbis.” I do not trust the gentlemen of the Senate to define what is aesthetic, what is emotional, and what is crude, as they do not recognize crudeness in themselves.
It is unnecessary to argue that it is the height of hypocrisy for such a man to propose such a bill, the only added value of this law would perhaps be the banning of Bong Revilla films from the shelves of Video City.
